Manchester Airport's viewing park is an unlikely oasis. Below the roar of jet engines heading off to far-flung places stood a once thriving plane-spotting scene filled with steamy cups of tea, well-sauced 'bacon-butties', and deep-seated friendships. But the pandemic has put the viewing park's life on pause, leaving its community needing to adapt.
This documentary follows four spotters as they learn to cope with the pandemic and a life beneath the empty skies brought about by COVID-19. Festival updates and premiere details - all to come soon.
