For the last five years, we’ve had the pleasure of documenting the #SeeItBeIt program - an initiative that aims to support and develop the next generation of female creative directors in advertising and ultimately increase the representation of female creative directors across the industry.
It’s always an inspiring week for us, filming some of the brightest talents, meeting and sharing ideas with some of the industry’s most innovative and established thinkers. The inevitable outcome for participants involves notebooks full of creative rocket fuel and a ‘board of mentors’ to help supercharge their careers.
